Please close windows if you plan to be away for the day.

Trash and recycling

We have mandatory recycling in Oxford. Please use the containers provided to recycle glass, tin cans, newspaper, plastic and corrugated cardboard.

We are required to use clear trash bags, which we provide for you. When you have a full bag, put it in one of the trash cans at the Rowe home.

Safety

No open fires, please! Gas grills are provided.

If you smoke, please use the ash trays and butt cans provided.

Swim at your own risk. There are no life guards. Do not leave your children unattended. Be courteous--sound travels over water.

Please do not take any bottles or glass containers down to the swimming areas.

Use caution when driving on the camp road. Maximum speed is 15 mph.

Dogs must be leashed at all times. Please do not leave pets unattended.

Maine state law requires one life preserver for each person in a boat. We provide adult-sized life preservers; please bring life preservers for infants and small children.
